KAR AI Welcomes Panagiotis Matzoros as Founding Member for AI, Technology & Business Strategy

KAR AI is growing, and today we're announcing our newest founding member: Panagiotis Matzoros, who is joining the team to lead AI, Technology & Business Strategy.

A background built on turning technology into business value

Panagiotis has spent over ten years working at the point where technology meets business outcomes. His career began in research, as a Marie Curie Fellow within the Horizon 2020 5G Wireless Innovative Training Network, where he studied next-generation mobile networks alongside university and industry partners across Europe, including a research secondment at Technische Universität Dresden.

From there, he moved into enterprise consulting, working for years as a Senior Presales Engineer and Consultant supporting cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers across global markets. Today, he works as a Senior Customer Success Manager, helping organizations align their technology investments with measurable business results across hybrid cloud, cybersecurity and enterprise infrastructure.

What he brings to KAR AI

At KAR AI, Panagiotis will focus on AI and technology strategy, identifying new product and business opportunities, supporting monetization, and contributing to the strategic work behind our fundraising and expansion into the US market.

His experience bridging technical depth with commercial strategy fits naturally with how we've built KAR AI: a platform designed to give car buyers accurate, real-time research in minutes, backed by a small team that moves fast without losing precision.
