You should independently verify any car information, pricing, and availability before making a purchase or lease decision. KAR accepts no liability for decisions made based on its recommendations.

The service may provide links to third-party car marketplaces (such as car.gr, mobile.de, AutoScout24, and others). KAR has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Links are provided purely for convenience.

7. Intellectual property

All content on karautoresearch.com — including text, logos, images, and code — is owned by or licensed to KAR. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
