Nikos Varvadoukas Joins KAR AI as Founding Member

KAR AI is proud to announce that Nikos Varvadoukas has joined the company as a Founding Member, bringing over two decades of experience in scaling and transforming businesses to our growing team.

A Career Built on Growth and Transformation

Nikos currently serves as C-Level Operating Partner for Growth & Transformation at Operandi Partners, working with founders and investors to build, scale, and structure businesses for long-term value. He holds a parallel operating partner role at Novibet, focused on global growth and marketing, having previously served as its full-time Chief Marketing & Growth Officer.

Before that, Nikos spent over three years as Vice President at Public Group, holding a combined CMO/COO mandate across a 200-plus person team spanning brand marketing, customer experience, omnichannel operations, and supply chain. He led major initiatives including the launch of BNPL, the Public+ loyalty program, and the Public+Home retail format.

Earlier in his career, as Chief Omnichannel Officer and Board Member at Cosmos Sport, Nikos helped steer the company through a transformational journey that culminated in its acquisition by JD Sports Fashion, one of the world's leading sportswear retailers.

Beyond the Boardroom

Nikos is also a founding and board member of AI Academy, an initiative dedicated to giving the next generation the skills and confidence to thrive in an AI-native world. He is a published author on intrapreneurship and growth, and an active angel investor and mentor across healthcare retail, SaaS, AI, logistics, and edtech.
