"I Don't Have Time": How a 17-Year-Old Is Building an AI Startup Alongside School

"I don't have time to start my own idea." It might be the most common excuse heard from professionals in their 30s and 40s. Nikolas is 17, a final-year high school student with school, studying, A-Levels and every obligation a 17-year-old has. And yet, every afternoon and every weekend, instead of simply following the trends of his age, he is building his own AI startup.

An idea that didn't wait

Nikolaos Korakianitis started developing Korakianitis Automotive Research in the first year of high school. Today that project is KAR AI, an AI tool that analyzes data and helps consumers find the right car based on their needs, budget and lifestyle. The vision is ambitious: to become the "Skroutz" of the car market.

An open conversation at Freelance Expert Talks

The question worth keeping

The most interesting question of the evening has nothing to do with age or technology. It is this: how many things could we have already started if we stopped waiting to "find time"? Time is rarely found. It is usually made, through small, consistent steps and the decision to begin before you feel ready.
